Function, General Administration duties

 

  1. Function

– Advisory, promote administrative reform; perform the synthesis, to compete, Bonus; document, storage, mail delivery; manage, reception activities, serve, means of transport.

– Ensure communication between Institute Leaders and agencies, internal and external units.

  1. Mission

– To advise the Director of public administration reform; elaborate an annual plan on PAR implementation. Issue the documents, the form of administrative reform implementation and guidance for the units attached to the Institute to implement.

– Prepare content for the Institute's meetings

– Follow, do well the information work between the Institute and collaborating units

– Advise to promulgate the Institute's documents according to functions, Department's duties include: Regulation, regulations, plan, documentary, Work program, notification, Notice convened, guide organizing activities.

– Issue a referral, travel certificates for officials authorized by the Director

– Check the formula, legality of dispatch; Browser, sign, Duplicate the right quantity, into the logbook and send the dispatch.

– Performing the correct storage, science, Full dispatch, come; Periodically close into episodes, put into archive, storage and prompt service, Accurate for document extraction.

– Preservation, Use the Institute's seal, ensure the security regime principles of the Institute.

– Make the reception, preservation and delivery of documents, document, newspaper, parcel, telegram… correct address, exactly, timely.

-Perform other duties assigned by the President.
