Theo thể lệ, các bài dự thi cần ghi rõ thông tin tác giả (họ tên, bút danh nếu có, address, số điện thoại). Trường hợp là tác phẩm tập thể, phải liệt kê đầy đủ thông tin từng thành viên. Mỗi tác giả hoặc nhóm tác giả có thể gửi nhiều bài, mỗi bài tối đa 1.500 from, kèm ảnh minh họa. Bài viết cần được đánh máy hoặc viết tay rõ ràng trên một mặt giấy.
