Trade promotion support program – VITAD-AGRI Trade Promotion
The program supports the implementation of registration procedures for using barcode products in Vietnam and the procedure for information retrieval registration 05 commodity (could be vegetables, tubers, fruit, Seafood products, livestock products but not exceeding 05 commodity) up icheck for individuals, family, HTX, enterprise, … operates in the field of agriculture that needs to use barcode and traceability (icheck).
1. Documents to be prepared
– DKKD company certified copy
– One or two product names and specifications of such products
2. Completion time
– Time drafting records: 01 working day
– Filing time: 01 working day
– Time to get the code to print on the product packaging: 08 working day
– Time to receive the original confirmation of barcode: 30 working day
– Traceability time: from 02-03 working days from the date of receipt of all documents related to barcode
3. Cost
– Procedures for applying for barcode: 4.500.000 copper (Four million five hundred thousand dong)/ 01 year of use.
– Traceability procedure on icheck system: 3.000.000 copper (three million)/ 01 year of use
This fee includes the package fee to perform the above services but is not included 10% VAT if wishing to issue an invoice.
