Locally, each province, City will deploy at least 1-2 model of crop production that reduces emissions and can be replicated, Minimum pilot 15 farming model eligible for carbon credit development. The emissions data system will be synchronized with the National Registration System. The industry will provide minimal training 3.000 technical staff, agricultural extension, farmers and businesses; build the least 5 set of communication materials to raise awareness, change production behavior towards low emissions.
